Chiropractic Care

Specific spinal adjustments are the hallmark of chiropractic care. An adjustment is a gentle force introduced into the spine intended to restore normal motion to spinal joints. Restoring normal motion to spinal joints help to decrease the joint pain many people are currently experiencing. Specific chiropractic adjustments help to decrease the scar tissue that can build up in joints. Adjustments are helpful in the treatment of many conditions from back and neck pain to migraine headaches. They have also been proven to help with shoulder problems, knee pains, and carpal tunnel in adults; as well as the correction of scoliosis and structural problems in children.

Corrective Exercises

We teach our patients special rehabilitative exercises to help strengthen and correct their own unique problem. These exercises can be performed in the comfort of your own home and can improve the effectiveness of your spinal correction. In addition to skeletal misalignment, muscles and connective tissues can be out of place or strained by improper alignment and use. Specific exercises and stretches can help your body stay in balance and in health.

 Electronic Muscle Stimulation

 This type of therapy uses light electrical pulses that are transmitted to  specific areas of the body through electrodes placed on the skin. It is most often used for pain relief and to aid in reducing the swelling of soft tissues. Ligament sprains, muscle strains and spasms often respond to this treatment and get well more quickly.

One-on-One Nutritional Counseling

We provide specific recommendations on nutritional supplements and healthy food choices to enhance our patient´s return to optimal health. Do you know which supplements and vitamins are good for you?  Spinal Decompression

 Spinal decompression treatment is non-invasive and provides gentle  decompression of the disc through the use of a decompression table. You  are strapped to the table so that as it moves, it applies a distraction force to  the targeted area of the spine. (the compressed disc.) A computer controls  the distraction force which is applied between periods of relaxation. This gently pulls the spine apart, elongating it and creating a small vacuum between the vertebrae which pulls the disc back into shape. 

Much like a repetitive stress injury, the decompression works in very minute increments. But over time that adds up and lets the disc reshape itself, heal and get the proper flow of nutrients going to fight off the brittleness and future injuries. 

Percussor Therapy

Percussor therapy offers a natural conservative treatment approach that will reduce scar tissue, improve/restore circulation, reduce pain and much much more. Our office provides specific treatment and muscular therapy that is tailored to meet the patient's condition and injury. Percussor Therapy is ideal for patients who suffer from musculoskeletal pain or tenderness in specific muscles. 

Spinal & Postural Screenings

DOT Examinations

Victory Chiropractic also offers DOT Physicals and drug screens to people with a commercial drivers license. We can do on-site testing for companies needing 10 or more employees examined.
